The facilities look very old and worn out. The host assigned me what she considered the worst rooms, on the lower level that feels like a basement, even though better rooms were available. She mentioned that booking more nights could move me to a better room, which I found inappropriate. Guests should be welcomed properly from the start, without conditions. Upon arrival, it took almost an hour to find someone at reception because it was unattended. The shower is outdated and uncomfortable, further lowering the experience. Construction right in front of the property caused significant daytime noise. Overall, it is not a comfortable place and does not offer a good view. It may have been a good hotel in the past, but now it falls far below expectations, and I would not recommend it.

Mai hosted me and my partner for just 2 nights but it was like visiting an auntie. She was so helpful and gave use excellent recommendations and advice on Phuket . We immediately felt calm and welcomed. The rooms and pool are beautifully decorated and very clean - luxurious 80s vibe - super comfy beds and you have a view of the big Buddha from the hotel. Brilliant location as we walked to Kata beach and then went on to the Kata night markets . Coffee and cookies available in the mornings with brown sugar which I appreciate! Wish we had booked to stay longer , we will definitely be returning to Kata interhouse when we come back to Phuket

“Très bien”

Comfort, cleanliness, the owner's friendliness, and a pool with a beautiful view. The location is far from amenities but with a scooter it’s very good.
