Nothing special there. I was booked online and paid…when I arrived and showed my receipt to reception he disagreed that it was not a receipt of booking and payment…I showed him and told him that it was only a receipt for verification…but that took a photo of my receipt sent to someone and he told me to wait until verified by a third person. It was really stressful, no facilities to check online booking…arguments with reception after he sent us to the 2nd floor, really stressful and upset with his service.
