The staff were very kind and the beach is calm and nice. My room was on the main street where parties take place, and the doors and windows offered poor soundproofing, so there was noise. I requested a room change and they said they would process it.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, offering a proper Italian coffee upon arrival. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good for Italian standards. The outdoor pool was quite large, with plenty of loungers and an outdoor bar. Given the large number of mosquitoes and flies, bug zappers would be very welcome.

The service was good. The standard is low for a four‑star hotel. The rooms are heavily worn, plastic cups are used, and the shower gel comes in a small welcome pack. The location is fairly good, quiet and spacious.
