“Average stay”

We chose this place because it seemed the best alternative to other hotels. The room was spacious and clean, and the food was just average. The bathrooms could use some improvement. The lady manager at the restaurant behaved as if she were a school principal, calling our room every day to ask when we’d be ready for breakfast because it would close soon. The reception told us breakfast ran until 10:30, but she insisted it would start winding down at 10. We told her we didn’t want daily reminders or disturbances in our room, yet she kept calling, claiming it was a hotel rule. Additionally, staff entered my room without permission while we were away, claiming it was a turndown service, even though we had neither been asked nor informed about it. Their website says turndown service is available on request, and we had not requested it.

Do not recommend this place. The staff’s behavior is terrible, the price is higher than a 4‑star hotel, and they charge 6500 plus GST but the service feels like “sarak chaap.” Food quality is below average, they use torn bedsheets, dirty towels, and the room isn’t even provided for the next day. The guard also used slangs.

For Bhilwara and the surrounding area, Delice overall is a great choice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that warm water sometimes needs to be requested from the front desk.

The room and washroom were clean and tidy, and the noise level was low. Employees were well‑behaved and supportive. The internet was very slow.
