The area is clean, quiet, and offers good value for money. In the bath, the motion‑sensing light/switch turns on for a moment when I enter and then stays on unnecessarily; it turns off during a shower. A simple light switch would be more practical.

I stayed for one night after a performance at the Szegedi Szabadtéri Színház. It was perfect; the 1 and 2 tram lines are a 4‑minute walk away, and public transport runs well even at night. The room does not have a kettle.

I’m back for a second visit because this place just fits me. It’s not in the city centre, but not far either. The room is pleasantly small, comes with air‑conditioning and a personal fridge. I’d recommend it for solo travellers and couples. The bathroom’s automatic lighting switches on too early, so you can end up in the dark while bathing, but opening the sliding door fixes the issue.

The venue is solid. Spotless and tidy. The private bathroom is a plus. The common area is spacious and clean. They let me check in late by myself, which was very convenient since I arrived around midnight.

We were greeted very warmly. The bedroom matched exactly what the pictures showed. The bathroom is indeed smaller, but the quality is excellent. We saw negative reviews before booking, but those are not worth listening to. The accommodation was perfect for us. What you should know before booking: the rooms are close to each other, the walls are thin, so it can feel like a panel house and you can hear neighbours. Despite that, everyone was quiet so it was easy to rest. The kitchen is shared with other guests on the ground floor and there’s a lounge area (important if someone wants a more private stay).
