The property was nice, the beds super comfy, and the staff were friendly. But honestly, it was ridiculously overpriced for what you get, so I wouldn't book again just because of the price.

The hotel was lovely, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed delicious meals at Abacus, and the staff listened to our requests and made an off‑menu drink for me; the bartender was David, and I really appreciated his effort. Thank you! Parking was difficult, and it was a bit of a let‑down that the hotel sits on a college campus—nightly, we could hear student fights that woke us a few times. We were downgraded from the room I had reserved because of a water leak, and the new room was tight but beautifully decorated.

Everything! The room was beautiful and we were upgraded to the room with a turret which looked out over Arthur's Seat - it was our wedding day so that made it extra special 😊 The breakfast was also incredible and we'll definitely be back. Nothing - that we only stayed for one night!
