The hotel is set up with meticulous detail, the staff are very friendly, the location offers a view of the Rosenlaui Glacier, and it is definitely worth recommending.

The building is extremely well constructed and very nice; breakfast was excellent with a table reserved and set for each party, and the staff were pleasant, professional, and helpful.

Dominic and Simon really try to make guests feel at home. The hotel sits in a small ski village where time seems to have stopped, and that actually adds to its charm. It’s simple, but it doesn’t need to be fancy—just a nice, central spot for visiting places like Furka and Simplon Pass. Everything was clean and tidy, and the Wi‑Fi is excellent throughout the hotel. Nothing really stood out as negative, though a TV in the room would have been nice; using your phone works fine, so it’s not essential.
