I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff were nice too. My only gripe is that they didn't offer coffee during the day, which was a bit of a bummer on a cold day - I think a complimentary coffee would have been a nice touch.

The staff at the front desk were really helpful, but I had a nightmare with my room keys. The first two rooms I tried to access had key issues, and when I finally got in, the room was dirty. Then I got moved to a second room, and guess what - the key didn't work again. And the third room? Yep, same problem.

I loved the walking distance to local attractions, but my room had some issues. The toilet seat was loose, and there were some half-drank water bottles in the room that didn't belong to me. Plus, the bathroom just didn't seem to have been cleaned properly.

I loved the location, it was super convenient, but my room was a letdown. The bathroom ceiling was leaking and falling in, and there was a weird smell in the room. Not exactly what I was hoping for.
