Very bad smell in the rooms. Very poor management and dirty room and dirty linen and all the place is very dirty

Nothing. Nothing is good about this property. I have to move 2 different rooms before settling for one due to untidy and stained duvets in both the rooms and cockroachs moving around. Rooms are not what they have shown on the website and they are completely different. You mentioned 3 hotels properties for single building Starhood,Fab hotels and collection O which is not good practice and you don't have minimum standards. Definitely not going to recommend anyone

This place has become a regular haunt for me, and I'm always happy to come back. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I've stayed here several times now, and I've never had any issues.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around the shambles that was my stay here. The room wasn't ready until two hours past the check-in time, which was already pretty late. To make matters worse, they hit me with an extra charge for checking out an hour late, which I didn't even do. And when I asked for the bill, they just gave me some vague nonsense that didn't add up. It was a complete disaster from start to finish.
