“Excelente hospedagem em Porto Velho”

The breakfast was varied and fresh, and there were soup options at dinner; even though the hotel is on a busy avenue, it offers noise isolation. The rooms were spacious, quiet, had blackout windows, and thoughtful lighting, and the hotel also provides a gym with a few machines and a great pool.

The hotel was pretty, clean, and the parking was free and spacious, with a large pool, a convenience store, on‑site restaurant, and a very good breakfast. It’s well‑located near a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and a gym. The air conditioning was weak even on full power and ventilation in two different rooms, and in the second room it also made popping noises at night (not ice formation). I asked the front desk for an extra bed on my last day, to be set up between 13:00 and 15:00 while I was away so the next guest could check in; the staff didn’t pass the message to the shift change. I told the desk that the bed shouldn’t be put in for the next 40 minutes because that was the only time I could rest before heading back to work. Mid‑rest, they knocked on the door to put the bed in; the employee said they hadn’t received the notice not to bring the bed at that time.

The location is perfect for getting around the city. The garage’s underground access is very rough.

The accommodations were fine. I originally booked for three nights, then changed to two; I got confirmation of the change but was still charged for three nights. They promised to refund me, but that’s not the right procedure.
