Everything about the place was great – the location is excellent, just off Via Toledo and a few steps from the Toledo metro, so getting anywhere is convenient. It’s also a short walk to the ports, Galleria Umberto I, Real Teatro di San Carlo, Piazza del Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, the funiculars to Vomero and Castel Sant’Elmo, and other spots. The property sits in a busy area with restaurants right outside, which can get noisy, but the rooms were almost 100 % soundproof so I heard nothing of the outside bustle. I felt safe with the key‑coded outer door and another coded door into the hallway. The room was clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable, with two large windows that let in street ambience when open, and closed they blocked out everything. The bathroom was well designed and equipped; I loved the large walk‑in rainshower. Service was impeccable – the cleaning staff was wonderful, the host responded quickly to inquiries and graciously resolved an issue that was my fault. At my request, they booked a reasonable taxi to the airport and had someone carry my luggage to the taxi a little down the street. From start to finish, it was an amazing stay and I would definitely return. The only downside was there was no elevator; they kindly had someone bring my luggage up the stairs to my room and again bring it down when I left.

The décor was modern, the room very clean, the space functional, the room quiet, and there was a fridge. The owner transmitted all the entry instructions, cleaning details, etc. very precisely.
