The hotel was very well located, but I couldn’t assess the staff because we received a digital key and didn’t meet anyone; everything else was fine. The room and bathroom had hair on the floor and even hairballs; I found many strands on the bed that weren’t ours, which made me suspect the sheets hadn’t been changed. The hotel is quite expensive for the area; at least a good cleaning is expected. The restaurant was closed, and it would have been helpful to know that beforehand.

Breakfast was varied and generous. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were smart and bright. Lunch had excellent quality and variety. Wi‑Fi didn’t always connect.

The location is perfect for exploring the area, the staff are very friendly, and the restaurant, which opens only at noon, is worth a visit; there are a few other eateries just a few steps away.
