The hotel is very well situated, close to the beach and many taverns, right in the heart of a charming Cretan village. We really liked our room, spacious, clean and very cocooning. The pool is also very nice. Breakfast is served outside, so it can be a bit cool in the morning: bring a jacket. Nothing else, except the pool was a little cold, but that’s understandable at the end of September.

The server’s welcome lifted our stay on site. The room directly opposite the reception gave the impression of being in a cellar… there was a damp smell and the manager Hilias answered that it wasn’t his problem. We booked for three, the room was prepared for two. Meals on site had missing dishes and breakfast was very simple. In short, very disappointed.

The hotel has a great location right near nice beaches. The pool and sunbeds are very nice. The room also looked good and was tidy. However, you can’t come here to fully relax. The room can’t be fully darkened. The hotel solved this by hanging a curtain over the windows, but light still seeped in. There are also many dogs nearby that bark continuously at night and early in the morning (the hotel can’t do anything about that). The staff are friendly, but not as professional as we’re used to in Greece.

The hotel is definitely top‑class! We really enjoyed our stay. The food deserves special mention – delicious, fresh and truly high quality. I’ll stress again: the food was fantastic! 😊 A big plus is the TV with Netflix access, so evenings can be spent relaxing with a favourite film or series. The hotel is in a secluded spot, so it’s quiet and you can really unwind from the noise. The beach is a walk away – it took us about an hour. The whole property, staff and hotel standard left a great impression. Definitely recommend and would gladly return! ❤️
