We had a reservations secured with a credit card and room was not available. Had been rented to another customer. Hotel cancelled our reservation after we presented for check-in. My credit card was charged and I had to request a credit. 2 individual rooms were offered as an alternative to suite but at a higher rate. We had to drive back to El Paso for lodging. Very disappointing!!! Bad customer service

We booked this hotel specifically for its lovely outdoor pool, but unfortunately the pool was out of commission when we booked. We did not stay, cancelled our reservation, and had to contact the booking site for a refund.

Very nice, and there was enough room for my family. They really enjoyed it. The breakfast was especially delicious. No complaints.

Best sleep so far on my road trip - excellent facilities and bedding is 100% - when you are taking off the sheets to see what brand the bedding is - then you know it’s great. Breakfast buffet- excellent- even have fountain drink machine - soda, juice, coffee, tea. Also a guest laundry room - and laundry basket in the room. A kitchenette with everything you need. Two bathrooms- it’s like a mini apartment- great for our family of 6. I wish all hotels had this set up. The only suggestion I have is more charging outlets at the bedside. I had to unplug the alarm clock to plug in my cpap machine. Would be nice to have charging ports for phones, headphones and all the other electronics that people travel with. They do have plenty of outlets but they aren’t right next to the headboard

The elevators were out of service the entire stay, so we had to climb the stairs every single time.
