The room was nice and the view was good. The staff were friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. There was nothing cozy elsewhere except our own terrace. The pool area lacked seating and felt almost abandoned, with many empty rooms and unused spaces. Guests had to walk over each other’s terraces, and some could lock the door to your terrace, trapping you inside or outside. We didn’t try the Ayurvedic treatments, so it’s unclear if they would have made a difference; we also weren’t offered any massage or similar services. The place felt very lifeless.
