The staff are welcoming and helpful where they can, but the rooms are too small and stuffy, with an endless odor that worsened after the staff sprayed; there’s a severe lack of proper ventilation, the linen still shows visible stains from previous guests, the TV was non‑working and we discovered it ourselves, no microwave or kettle was mentioned on the booking app, and the bathroom space is very cramped and uncomfortable.

The staff were great and the location was a perfect stopover for the long drive, but there was no kettle or microwave and no toiletries.
