“Só retorno se outros nao tiver disponibilidade”
The comfort and cleanliness are good, but the breakfast setup is odd: the snack box is on the opposite side of the cold meats, forcing people to cross the restaurant to use it, which seems unnecessary. The meals are repetitive, always the same items, lacking creativity; a different preparation style could help. Suggest sending the restaurant manager to spend a day at MAVSA. Cups of 150 and 180 ml create more waste because people discard them and pay for others to serve more servings; switching to 250 or 300 ml would reduce waste. Providing a small cup for kids would prevent spills and loss. Service could improve—when a customer needs something, do your best instead of just pointing them to where to find it. For example, if you arrive at MAVSA with a baby in your arms, walking through the restaurant or reception, staff will approach to help and even serve you; at the exit they’ll put your luggage in the car, something you don’t do. Many people mention that other places are sold out; improving service would stop having customers as a last resort. Two families mentioned Miraserra and didn’t stay there because it was sold out. Great afternoon.
