The rooms were roomy and had everything we needed; the bathroom was well equipped with shampoo, towels replaced every two days, toothbrushes, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful. On the last day, we sent our luggage through the hotel and only gave the address of a 7‑Eleven near our next apartment in Osaka, but the luggage got lost—it never arrived there and no one knew where it was. We found it with an AirTag, but we don’t think this was the hotel’s fault; it was most likely an issue with the luggage delivery service. All in all, we would recommend this place.

Excellent hotel right in the center of Kyoto. The staff were very polite and ready to help with anything. I recommend ordering the signature dish at the restaurant; it’s really tasty.

“くつろげて、いい滞在時間を過ごせます。”

It was my second stay, and the location was quiet and calm, the rooms were spacious, and the interior design was lovely. The shower water warmed up quickly. Even though it was cold, the blanket was warm. I was glad to receive a letter on my second visit. The only drawback was that the booking plan was a little confusing; last time I was sick and couldn’t eat much breakfast, so I was hoping for a plan that included breakfast, but it didn’t.

The price was reasonable, but the location was a little out of the way and the facilities were a bit run down, although the place was clean.
