Breakfast was typical for a chain hotel—nothing special. Some dishes could have been fresher, both computers in the business center were broken, and the coffee machine didn't work.

The bed was fine, but the staff were always away from their desks in the lounge, on their personal phones. We booked for the pool, yet it was cluttered with alcohol bottles, dirty towels, trash, and there were objects floating in the water.
