The AC unit didn’t work properly, making the room colder than outside. Ants swarmed in the bathroom, and some towels had stains. The front desk attendant was not friendly; he was a young Indian man who seemed to dislike his job and the customers, though I’m not sure if that’s a cultural thing.

The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t shut. The continental breakfast was very poor, and during breakfast, three homeless people entered and helped themselves; security was clearly inadequate.

The bed was very comfortable, but traffic and parking lot noise were excessive. The cooling unit didn’t perform well; even after setting the thermostat to 61 with the AC on, the room stayed hot, so I had to open the window, which let in more traffic noise. I also didn’t like the small pillows.

The front desk was friendly and helpful, the place was clean and reasonably comfortable, and the location was good. However, it was clear that many areas need repair and a fresh look, especially considering the price.

The beds were clean and comfortable. Nice to have a microwave and fridge. This facility is in dire need of a facelift. We have chosen Super 8 on many occasions as they are a Wyndham property (our preference), but I can only assume Wyndham has not evaluated this property. The room decor (drapes) were from the 1970's. Breakfast was sorry at best! No sugar packets, no coffee creamers, no bread, bagels or English muffins, only a few pre-packaged sweet rolls. The desk man said these items had not been delivered, but there was a large grocery store within1/2 mile. Cereal and waffles were the only salvation!
