The spot is great and the price is reasonable, but it felt a little “cold” compared to other places in Japan. There were no human staff, only robots, and the rooms and bathrooms are small, which is normal for Tokyo.

We enjoyed the unique and fun robot check‑in, and when we needed a replacement key a human helped us later. The attached restaurant was fantastic, and we had a saki and beer that night. The location is excellent—near the water, across from the JR, and Tokyo Tower is a 15‑minute walk. Nothing else to mention.

The hotel is practical and the self‑service luggage guard is handy. The room is very small.
