The reception staff were excellent—Gabriel and Luciano were incredibly helpful and gave me plenty of tips, making me feel very welcome. The shower water never heated up; I only managed a hot shower once, and after that it was unusable. I was there in cold weather, so a functioning shower heater was crucial, but it didn’t work.

I was delighted! I’d definitely come back. The manager was amazing, the hostel itself, the air‑conditioned room, the location, the friendly vibe of everyone working there, the great social atmosphere, even the kitchen where I had everything I needed—everything far exceeded my expectations! The only thing that could be improved is the shower temperature.
