The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but the price‑comfort ratio for the room’s furnishings was off and the restaurant was relatively pricey.

The sauna area was especially lovely, though staying open an extra hour would have been even better. The gym was decent, even if the staff pointed out its modest size (I’ve seen far worse). I was pleasantly surprised by the kettle and the option to prepare drinks in the room. Its central location is fantastic. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I also liked the small shop with some unusual souvenirs, the lobby and the bike‑rental service – all very nice. Because the hotel emphasizes environmental and resource conservation, I was asked at check‑in how often I wanted my room cleaned; for a four‑night stay I chose cleaning after the second night only. Afterwards the towels weren’t refreshed, the floor wasn’t vacuumed, the minibar wasn’t restocked and the cup/glass wasn’t clean. However, when I mentioned it, the housekeeping team took care of everything promptly and discreetly.
