The location is right next to the Old Quarter yet surprisingly quiet, clean and well-maintained, with tasty breakfast and a nice view, and the staff are very courteous.

The entire staff was attentive, especially receptionist Abee; the bed was very comfortable, the facilities clean and the location good. Breakfast was appropriate and varied. We were so pleased that while we’re in Sapa we had already booked another hotel for our return to Hanoi just in case the experience was bad, but it was so good we cancelled that reservation and will stay here again. The only downside might be the bathroom lighting, which could be better because the mirror doesn’t show you well.
