The shower water pressure was strong and the rinse felt satisfying. The room had a dehumidifier running, so there was no odor. Parking for motorbikes was okay, and the night market was not far. The bath soap holder in the bathroom was not stuck properly and kept wobbling. Hot water had to wait a long time during off‑peak hours. The motorbike parking thumbnail was hard to read. Double‑checking the booking details is good, but repeatedly asking the same question can be a bit irritating.

The location was decent, yet the room was tiny and the high bed frame kept bruising my knee; it took more than half an hour of showering before any hot water came out, by which time the flowers had wilted. We parked in the hotel’s partner lot, only to discover after checkout that the voucher was useless because the lot was about a 10‑minute walk away, far too far in the heat to walk back, so we ended up paying for parking ourselves. When we complained, the staff turned it around on us, saying the fee had already been paid and nothing could be done, leaving us to bear the cost of a coordination failure between the hotel and the lot. I’m done with this place and won’t consider it again; the rates aren’t cheap, so it’s no wonder domestic tourism struggles.
