Everything!!! 1- Staff is amazing - they were really helpful! We had a problem with another accomodation that we had for our stay and needed to book this hotel with urgency. The staff was really kind and managed the situation. 2- the cleaning - amazing! well cleaned, the smell also amazing! 3- breakfast really good with good pastry and everything fresh

The location was good, within walking distance to many places we wanted to visit, and there were plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby; however, the room was too small, the shower diverter was broken, and the central bathroom hot‑water system failed on both of our stays.

The staff were mostly friendly and helpful, the location was convenient with three nearby subway stations, and breakfast was very good; however, we were booked into a room with two separate beds, which upon check‑in turned out to be a double bed with a large shared blanket—more suited to couples—and we had to ask daily for dishes like oatmeal bowls, egg cups, and glasses at breakfast, which was a bit annoying.

Got the room with a balcony and it was wonderful. The staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was also very good
