Good location, a cute hotel with polite staff, but when I arrived I paid a bit more than the booking indicated and the breakfast was not very varied.

The room was nice, but we chose this hotel for its massage and wellness. We had requested a massage in advance, yet the person who would give it was not present on arrival day, and no information was provided until I asked. No replacement was arranged. Cameras were hung near the sauna entrance and by the pool, which felt intrusive and privacy‑sensitive. The spa and wellness facilities did not match the price we paid. We also wanted to dine in the hotel, but it was only open for breakfast. Additionally, we had booked a taxi far in advance for a specific departure time; the driver arrived 10 minutes late and we had to rush to the airport, which was unpleasant. We understand it’s busy, but some planning would help.

The location is great, the pool and some of the facilities are really good, but the room service is paid, there's no à la carte restaurant and the staff seem inexperienced. To be precise, the towels in the room are never changed, and there are no towels available at the spa or the pool either.

The location is very central, just a 5‑minute walk to the city centre. The rooms are very comfortable and the pool, spa, etc. are very enjoyable. Breakfast is basic; I expected more, but overall it is more than acceptable.
