The team is super attentive and polite.
The room’s acoustics were awful; you could hear everything in the hallway—door slams, staff chatter, and a vacuum. Waiting for a hair dryer was common, and most of the time it wasn’t available. The café staff communicated poorly, and the air conditioning was broken. It was a bad experience in a city that’s a tourism hub.
“Tudo muito limpo, funcionários educados e atenciosos. Café da manhã excepcional.”
Everything was very clean, the staff were polite and attentive, and the breakfast was exceptional.
Great location. No hair dryer in the room, the shower doesn't heat.
