“You get what you pay for”
I stayed at this place for a $40/night rate, but the experience was underwhelming. The hotel demanded a $50 deposit that wasn’t listed under “Property Policies,” and check‑out was at 11 AM, not the advertised 12 PM. The pool closed at 12 AM instead of the promised 4 AM, and the remote was broken, making it hard to use the TV. The microwave lock button was broken, so I had to unplug it to open it, and none of the number buttons worked—only the start button let me add time. One sheet was still dirty, as if it hadn’t been changed from the previous guest. The shower head and bathroom light were moldy, the AC couldn’t be set below 70 °F, and the virtual check‑in kiosk in the lobby had no AC. Because of the deposit, I couldn’t afford to book elsewhere. In short, you get what you pay for.
