The staff were very friendly. The menu was great even for vegetarians (for breakfast I would suggest adding the special, which is only in the regular menu). The game drives were excellent. Thanks especially to Julia and Albert. The massages were top‑level. There are minor maintenance issues in the room that we already reported. The spa area should provide disposable slippers; otherwise you have to walk barefoot or in socks, which isn’t ideal.

The rooms are sensational: the room is extremely beautiful, well decorated, comfortable, and designed with the smallest details in mind. Cleanliness is constant and impeccable, giving a huge sense of safety and calm—there is no risk of encountering insects or animals, something that makes all the difference on a safari. The hotel’s layout is extremely well planned and the service is first‑class. The level of attention to detail and the individual care for each guest are truly out of the ordinary. Everything operates smoothly, personalized, and with an excellence standard that shows in every interaction with the team. The safaris are simply out of this world. The professionals are highly trained, know the reserve deeply, and conduct the experiences with great knowledge, sensitivity, and respect for the environment. The vehicles are extremely comfortable and the snacks offered during the safaris are excellent, reinforcing the care at every moment of the journey. The food deserves special mention. Besides being very well made and balanced, it is varied and allows real choices among different options at meals—something that is not always common in this type of accommodation. The menus are carefully adapted to dietary restrictions without compromising taste, quality, or variety. Everything is truly exceptional. The reserve where the hotel is located is very well preserved and operates within an extremely responsible dynamic, with few hotels and few rooms. This guarantees a more exclusive experience and, above all, genuine care for preserving vegetation, shrubs, and wildlife. It is clear that there is a real commitment to conservation and sustainability, without sacrificing comfort or quality of the experience. This hotel delivers service far above the average of safaris in South Africa and the Kruger region. It is, without doubt, the best.
