The location, pool, and dining room are stunning. The room had insane humidity that produced unreasonable amounts of water on the floor; the staff came and cleaned but it didn’t help.

We loved the location for our friends' first time; the hotel was comfortable with friendly staff. I had hoped for swim‑up rooms by the bar, but never asked 🙄. I had a fabulous meal upstairs but my order never arrived; the staff were so gracious 🙏. It's always good—we've stayed several times. Staying close to the main swimming area is important to us; I'll double‑check with booking next year. Thanks.

The rooms are extremely old and poorly maintained. There were cockroaches and mosquitoes inside the rooms. The cockroaches even emerged from under the bed and seemed to be eating the wooden parts of the bed. The staff were very helpful and did their best to assist us and change our room, but that did not solve the main problem. The rooms are simply too old and absolutely not worth the money. This experience seriously affected and ruined our trip. The location is fantastic, very close to Patong, but apart from that, it was a huge disappointment.
