“E' stato come sentirsi a casa...”

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel like family, the environment was warm and equipped with all comforts: a water area, tea, coffee, and small snacks always available. The room, clean and bright, had complimentary gifts from them that were greatly appreciated. The breakfast, plentiful and homemade, amazed us, all handled with meticulous care. The relaxation area was modest but well‑furnished, perfect for a late afternoon unwind after exploring the town centre. The location is excellent, outside the city centre for quiet, surrounded by nature, yet close enough to enjoy a walk or bike ride along the lake.

The ladies were very friendly, the breakfast tasty, the rooms spacious, and the wellness garden lovely. The bed was a bit hard, but that’s personal.

“Fijne plek met veel potentie, maar behoeft wat finetuning.”

Super lieve medewerkers, heerlijk ontbijt en bij dieetwensen wordt er van alles voor je geregeld. Kamer is ruim en heel schoon. Het wespennest bij het zwembad maakte het vrij onprettig om gebruik te maken van de wellness area, precies waarvoor we geboekt hadden eigenlijk. Bed is comfortabel, maar kraakt

“Not as advertised, not relaxing or luxurious at all”

Friendly staff were helpful, but walking into town takes about 30 minutes and is uphill on the way back. The place feels more like a hostel than separate lodges as we expected; the lodge shown in the photos is actually a chill‑out room. We never used the balcony or any other facilities because mosquitoes and bugs were terrible, and there was no effort to address or warn about them. Breakfast was quite bad—fruit was stale and cheeses were covered in flies—so we bought our own fruit and an avocado.

The spa and relaxation area were truly wonderful. Breakfast was excellent, especially the staff who were extremely kind. I asked for breakfast to be moved up a day earlier because we had to leave early, and they accommodated me, even preparing a take‑away breakfast box. The only thing I might add is a smart TV in the room.
