I wasn’t looking for much because of the price, yet the stay turned out to be awful. The room smelled bad; the sheets had a strange, yellowish odor as if someone had slept there before I arrived. Towels were washed but still dirty. Every day I had to kill insects, probably bedbugs. The mattress was heavily worn and I never slept well. The only positives were the working air‑conditioner and the daytime staff at reception and housekeeping, who were genuinely kind, very polite, and always ready to help. Unfortunately, the night‑shift staff were not the same. He claimed my reservation wasn’t in the system and, after several attempts to resolve the issue, I never got a positive response. I ended up paying again for the stay. Given the price I paid through Booking and the amount I still paid at reception, I could have easily stayed at a much better hotel.

“Nasty”

The location was good, but roaches were everywhere and I couldn’t lock the door to the adjoining room.

“Roach hotel”

I didn’t like anything, not even the roaches crawling outside. The roaches at the front desk ignored you at the window.

They told you upon arrival that a $60 cash deposit was required for a non‑smoking room, the bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was nasty, and people were outside the room all night yelling. I give it a 1/2 point out of a 1‑10.

The only thing I liked was a good channel TV. The rooms had burn holes everywhere in the sheets! It smelled like boo‑boo, the pillows were dirty. The bathroom was dirty; I will never go there again.
