The location was excellent, the staff were genuinely helpful, and the parking was superb. However, the air conditioning didn’t get cold enough, the fridge in the room wasn’t working, and there’s no lift in the building.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. From the moment I arrived, things went wrong. The hotel staff allowed a prostitute into my friend's room, and we had to go to the police station in the middle of the night to sort out the situation. It was a chaotic and unsettling experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel's location is its only redeeming quality - it's in a great spot with plenty of bars, restaurants, and live music venues nearby. However, the staff were not always friendly, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, I would say that this hotel is decent, but it's not without its flaws.

This hotel's a great find, especially considering its proximity to plenty of good restaurants. However, be aware that you've got a choice between a room that's right by the highway – and the constant rumble of trucks at night – or a room at the back that's nice and quiet, but a bit of a letdown in terms of views.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Bliss Hotel's location in the heart of St Jude Lazatin Blvd, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including Jollibee, Robinson Supermarket, and 7-Eleven. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking both Kampangan Tagalog and English, and the receptionist even gave me a double room with two beds despite me traveling alone.
