The welcome was non‑existent; there was a intercom probably linked to the host’s phone, which likely answered from the beach, and we waited almost 10 minutes at the gate before being told the room number. Inside, no one guided us to the room, so we had to find it ourselves. In the tiny garden we ran into another guest who said there was no air conditioning and that he’d asked for help but nobody came. We ended up fixing that issue ourselves. The room had only the bare essentials, and the bathroom was a disaster: the toilet paper was half‑used, though a fresh roll was available; there was only one liquid soap for the sink and one in the shower (340 ml, supposedly enough for four people); the shower and shampoo were terrible; there were obvious damp stains and mold above the shower. The breakfast that morning was very poor in both quality and quantity.
