The shower tap is broken and hangs loose on the wall, the shower head doesn’t fit into the holder. The shower head has to be held in place. An inappropriate request was made to give me a phone charger to charge my phone.

The room was huge and very clean, and the restaurant food was delicious. The breakfast buffet was limited; a few veggies like bell pepper or cucumber and fresh fruit would have been nice.

Great hotel!!!!! The staff were amazing. The check‑in, the room, and the food were not up to par.

I stayed in a cozy hotel right in the old town, but the night was ruined by a very loud street party that went on until 1:30 am right outside the hotel. I would have appreciated a heads‑up about that when booking, otherwise the night was very restless.

The hotel was professional, but the cable TV didn’t work.
