The location and view from the room balcony were exceptional, and the place felt very tranquil and secluded, just 30 min away from the busy and noisy Pokhara. The family that runs the hostel, along with their coffee and honey business, were extremely nice, friendly, and kind. Nature surrounds the property, so if you’re looking for peace and quiet just outside Pokhara you should consider it. The room and facilities were pretty basic, which matched the description when booking.

The hotel was charming, with a great view of the lake and a very quiet atmosphere. The owners were super friendly, the food excellent, and the coffee production tour was interesting.

I had a great stay at Begnas Coffee House and Hotel, feeling like I was staying with a family who were all very nice. I even played football with the young son. The family cooked large evening meals, which was good because there are not a lot of restaurants in the area. The view of the lake and mountains was fantastic. They arranged a taxi back to Pokhara for me. Try the coffee produced on site; you can take fresh beans home with you.

The hosts were very friendly with a wonderful personal touch, the location was in a green setting, the food was tasty, and the home‑grown coffee was excellent.
