Great proximity to the airport, Koloa Village, and Poipu Beach. However, there were obvious mold signs in the hallways, and the staff were absent-minded about informing the party about all the check‑in requirements, especially the wristbands needed for the water slide.

The service staff, especially at breakfast, were very friendly. The hotel grounds, especially the pool area, are truly beautiful, even though we couldn’t enter or use them during our entire stay because we arrived shortly after Hurricane Lowell. That’s the hotel’s fault. The hotel urgently needs a general renovation; the rooms look somewhat worn and do not justify the very high price at all. The lobby carpets and the mats around the spa‑pool/fitness centre are stained and look unkempt.

A family‑friendly resort with a spacious layout, a great beach, and good restaurants. Some staff were less helpful, a few garden areas weren’t fully clean, and the breakfast line gets huge; double‑check whether breakfast is included before booking.
