The peace and independence. The ease of entering directly through the automatic gate without parking issues. A nice outdoor table for dinner in a well‑maintained garden. Close to the sea, a great starting point for those who want to visit many beaches. And on the return, priceless silence! It would need a few small adjustments, like the somewhat noisy fridge, though it’s in the entrance so it doesn’t disturb at night, and the shower curtain – a glass shower would be more useful.
