The location is good, about 10 minutes to the nearest bus to get to Venice. The staff are friendly. Unfortunately, there is no evening dining yet – it will open in October 2026. Breakfast is good, extensive and fresh. The rooms are large and the bathroom is big. The bedding was not changed within 4 days.

The room is nice, the facilities are good, the staff are friendly, and the room is large. No facilities are included in the price; you have to pay extra to use the swimming pool and other amenities. The toilet kept running, made a lot of noise, and did not flush properly.

Breakfast had a limited selection, pancakes were very hard and cold.
