Royal East Resort

The room was clean and nice, and the balcony was large and lovely. The bathroom was spacious and well‑functioning. The bed was wonderful and the pillows matched. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was okay but not spectacular; the presentation felt a bit dull. There isn’t a direct exit to the balcony—you have to step up and down, which feels odd. Importantly, if you don’t have a car you’ll need a taxi all the time, because the hotel is on a motorway; you can’t walk there from the TEG/bus terminal even though Google Maps suggests otherwise.

The place was spotless, right next to the TEG bus stop, and the staff were super helpful. Everything ran smoothly, no complaints at all.

“Prima maar geen 4 sterren waard”

The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were great, right next to the main road. The breakfast, however, felt like a 4‑star hotel’s low‑budget offering, with very limited options and food that seemed like leftovers from the previous day. There was no bedside lamp, so it was all or nothing. Without a car you’re stuck, as the hotel is only reachable by car.

“Disappointing”

The place was clean, but the breakfast was disappointing, especially for a resort. There was no fresh fruit, no hot milk, only one type of yogurt and one juice option. Food labels were missing and no staff was available to help. Reception forgot to give us the Wi‑Fi password, and when I tried to call them the phone wasn’t working. The liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom was broken. Overall, it was far from what I expected from a “resort.”
