The location is very good on the edge of the Marais district and close to metro and bus stops. It is very useful having 24‑hour reception and the breakfast is good. Tea/coffee available all day. The room was light and airy— not big but not squishy either. Good bedside lights and plugs. Comfy bed and pillows. While soundproofing was pretty good there are a lot of police and ambulance sirens in central Paris!

The spot is decent and the place stays fairly clean, but the rooms aren’t well furnished and the wardrobe was old or in bad shape.

The location is close to several metro lines, even though the 8‑line stop is closed until March 2027; you can also use the reception bar for free water, coffee and fruit juices 24/7, and from the fifth floor we could see the Sacro Cuore. Unfortunately the bathroom door handle was broken and didn’t let the door close properly.

Location was great, 24 hour concierge. Room was basic, the drains smelt bad enough that I had to close the bathroom door during the night. Night noise wasn't an issue but that could have been because I wasn't facing the main road. Room was expensive for what it was but anticipated that due to Paris Fashion week
