Our stay at Riad Eloise was more than just a trip; it was a truly human and warm interlude we won’t forget. From the moment we arrived, Alain made us feel comfortable with his cheerfulness, humor, and useful advice, which made our stay even better. We also really enjoyed the interactions with Abdel and Youssef, who were always attentive, kind, and smiling, along with the rest of the staff. The riad feels like home right away. The quiet, gentle atmosphere and soothing décor create a unique vibe that’s perfect for rest and well‑being. And the breakfasts were absolutely extraordinary! Special shout‑out for the delicious crepes, fresh orange juice, and yogurts, which became real moments of joy for us each morning. We leave touched by Alain’s humanity and the kindness of the whole team. We have a special thought for Aïcha. Thank you for these wonderful memories and for this rare authenticity. Everything is absolutely wonderful, and Alain is a truly attentive, available, and extremely welcoming host.

The staff were welcoming and gave great tourist tips; the owner Alain was very friendly and helpful, the Wi‑Fi was good, and the 24/24 staff were available. The luxury suite was spacious and easy to reach, and the breakfast was of good quality. The rooftop was pleasant. However, the value for money was lacking. The suite was far too dark, with the only window looking out onto a narrow alley and above the Riad’s front door, which caused noise. The bathroom felt much smaller than the rest of the suite and there were cockroaches (the Riad staff did what they could after being notified). The TV was difficult to use, the closet light turned on by itself and disturbed sleep. Smokers should only smoke on the rooftop and not inside the Riad. The indoor mini‑pool was too cold.
