I stayed on the 4th floor and the elevator handled even my large luggage without a hitch; the room was clean and the shower water flowed properly. When I asked where the bus stop was, the staff called and confirmed the location before telling me. At check‑in, the front desk was crowded with 3–4 people and felt a bit intimidating; they asked for my Indian phone number, which I didn’t have, and then checked if I could call the hotel via WhatsApp, which made the process a little uneasy. Many foreign guests might not have an Indian number, so if it’s required, a pre‑check‑in message would be helpful to clarify that.

“Clean comfortable stay”

The rooms and equipment were exceptionally clean and of good quality, especially since the hotel opened 5–6 months ago; the location was fine. The only downside was the lack of on‑site food—apparently they plan to start soon—and they could have provided a kettle for guests to brew tea or coffee, which is standard in most hotels now.
