Located in Esquinzo, TUI MAGIC LIFE Fuerteventura - All Inclusive features a 98,000 m² complex with 5 outdoor pools, a wellness and fitness centre, and several restaurants and bars. The hotel offers 98 guest rooms with air conditioning, flat-screen TVs, and private bathrooms. A buffet breakfast is served daily, and international cuisine is available at the on-site restaurant. The property is 8 km from Cofete Beach and 61 km from Fuerteventura Airport.

The staff were the only thing that mattered. We were staying for four nights, but after the first night we went to complain and asked to pay only for the night we had slept and check out. The staff were very understanding and helpful. They accepted our proposal, we paid for only one night, and left. The room was dirty and full of dust. The balcony locks didn’t work. The toilet paper was clogged and the WC was full of water (even though we asked reception to fix it, they never came). The room had poor sound insulation, and at night we could hear everything perfectly (the neighbour in the room next door had the TV on and it sounded like it was inside our room). We arrived at 18:00 at the pools and the towels were already gone. The pool had no maintenance and all the tiles were loose and broken (I even cut myself). Horrible.

Breakfast, snacks and dinner were excellent, always varied and of great quality, with many options for kids. Fresh pizzas were made on the spot, and there were many other things too. Nothing to point out; I’ve been to many places, including RIU, and this was one of the best and most organized I’ve ever been to.

The adults‑only pool was really nice, and the bar there was pleasant too. However, in a whole week we could only book one of the four themed restaurants even though tables were always free, and one of them stayed closed for “renovations” that never happened.

The location is decent but not exceptional; you need a car or taxi to reach a good beach. The pool is nice. The hotel looks oldish and maintenance is lacking in some areas; the sofa‑bed is very uncomfortable. The lying beds by the pool are not enough and there is a serious lack of shade areas, no parasols, just fixed structures that are not big enough and get full very early in the morning. Food is just OK, cocktails are undrinkable, and the spectacles are cheap. All in all, it is not worth what it costs. I will not return.
