The flat was nicely decorated and attractive, and every receptionist was courteous, but breakfast was the same every day with very few choices—one of the daily items was just potato. Outside breakfast hours the area became a private sublet where you couldn’t stay without buying something. The hotel’s rooftop, which had been a reason for booking, was closed, and a bottle of mineral water cost $4.50 at the front desk (about 400 ml).
