“leaves a lot to be expected.”

All necessities were present and the location offered silence, but the state of the building is deceiving: it looks vozy from the outside, yet inside it’s close to falling apart. Missing bricks in the decoration, paintings hanging crooked, dangerous stairs, paint peeling everywhere, walls leave behind residue when you brush past them, locks to the room barely function, water for the shower takes a couple minutes to get hot, paint splatters on the floor, cobwebs hang above the windows, trims above the floor are loose and barely hanging on.

The location was good and the rooms were good, but the stairs were a hassle and nobody was at the front desk, so we had to wait in an alley for 20 minutes until someone finally helped us.

“Hanno perso un cliente”

The sheets were clean, but the stay was unfortunately very negative. There were construction works in the adjacent room, with constant hammering from the builders even late into the night. I reported the issue several times, yet nobody actually addressed it and I never received an apology. On top of that, the sound insulation was severely lacking, making it easy to hear noises from other rooms. The in‑room service was also disappointing: the room was never cleaned during my stay and the towels were only changed at 18:00, right as I was returning. Finally, out of the two power outlets in the room, one was non‑functional, forcing me to constantly switch the charging of my devices. Overall, the comfort and service standards were far below what one would expect from a hotel.

“Oké”

The staff were very friendly and the location was great! However, the electricity behaved oddly at times and not all outlets worked. There was often no hot water and the TV didn’t function.
