The staff were extremely helpful; the woman at the desk went out of her way to book a dinner restaurant on a very busy night in Nimes and to orient us in an unfamiliar part of Nimes. The room, though small, was spotless and fully equipped. I’m not criticizing, just noting that there is no lift, so carrying a suitcase up three flights of stairs was a bit difficult for my arthritic knees; it would have helped to know about the lack of lift when booking so we could have requested a room on a lower floor.
