Very convenient, close to Anzio and Nettuno, and a few kilometres away you can reach many places.

I had visited two years ago and it matched the photos, and I liked everything, but this year it was absolutely not the same. The photos do not reflect the reality of the property. All the listed services are nonexistent. The large door is broken and the apartment entrance cannot be locked, so security is zero. The shower tiles are cracked and the bidet is wobbly. What else can I say? Don’t come unless you only need a place to sleep.

The property was in poor condition, dirty and cold, and there was no hot water.

The gentleman Bruno was very helpful, especially with how the keys were handed over. However, the hot water didn’t work, the sheets were dusty, and although there was a kitchen, there was no coffee machine. Paying 70 euros for a single night in the off‑season for the services provided felt quite expensive.
