“Highly enjoyable but need to have better beds”
It’s a solid choice for families and a convenient overnight stop, but the beds were so uncomfortable that I didn’t get much sleep – that’s the only flaw in my stay.

The place is basic yet clean, roomy, and overall decent; if you expect an Iririki‑style resort for half the price you’ll be disappointed, yet the value is good, the room was large, and the in‑room laundry was handy. The bed was comfy, the staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help, even offering free Pandan cake from a staff event – a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was plain, dinner a bit nicer. My room faced the road and the supermarket carpark next door, which could be noisy during peak hours, but that didn’t bother me; just a note for future guests.

The staff were lovely, but the place was a dump: mould in the fridge, broken blinds in the bedrooms, a musty smell, and a beach‑like view that’s actually a river you can’t swim in because it’s not for humans. Very disappointing, especially since it’s always crowded with people renting it out.

The room was nice, parking was convenient, and the atmosphere was good, but a security guard asked for my ID as soon as I drove in and questioned my purpose, which put me off right away.

The location by the lake filled with starfish was great, but the bunk bed mattress was sagging.
